Papercut on Your MAC

Option 1

1. Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.

2. Click the icon under the Printers List.

3. The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.

4. Select MX Printer.

5. Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.

6. If Secure AirPrint isn't displayed:

   1. Close the Add dialog.

   2. Disconnect from the network, then reconnect to it again.

   3. Check if you can see Secure AirPrint now. If you can't, contact the helpdesk.

7. Click Add.

8. Print your document. When prompted, enter your MX full email address and password.

NOTE – you may only need to type this once as the computer will remember the login. If you are entering it multiple times, contact the helpdesk

Option 2

1. Click here to download and run the Mobility Print installer. 

2. Execute the Installer

3. Accept the License

4. When asked to select printer, Choose MX Printer

5. Type your full email and Password

6. You'll be prompted to select the printers you want to use, and to enter your PaperCut username and password.

If it still fails...

Please go to your stored passwords and delete any credentials related to mxprint.
